The Role
Ro is seeking freelance Nurse Practitioners to join our remote team. We’re looking for professionals who combine strong clinical skills with genuine empathy and who prioritize delivering high‑quality patient care. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort with technology are preferred.

Your responsibilities:
• Conduct synchronous and asynchronous consultations in accordance with state telemedicine regulations
• Ideally be available for at least 10 hours per week
• Use our custom EMR to review patient records, make diagnoses, prescribe medications, and provide lifestyle guidance
• Follow best practices and company protocols for diagnosis, treatment, and documentation
• Respond to patient inquiries and deliver high‑quality guidance

What you bring:
• Board certification
• Licensure in some combination of the following states: FL, IL, CO, MI, WA, MD, AZ, MN, OR, KY, IA, KS, NV, UT, NH, NM, ID, MT, RI, ME, WV, DE, NE, SD, ND, VT
• 5 years of professional experience
• Telemedicine experience
