The Role
We’re looking for a Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them through chat and email (no phone support). Your responsibilities will include answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
This is a fully remote position, though if you’re near Nantes, you’re welcome to come into the office occasionally.
What We’re Looking For
• Fluency in English is essential, as it’s our primary working language.
• Fluency in French is also required.
• Technical skills: You don’t need to be a developer, but you should have a solid understanding of technical concepts like HTML/CSS. This is not a role where you’ll learn everything on the job—you should come in with the necessary knowledge.

• Experience with customer support tools is helpful but not required.

Contract Details
• In France: You will be employed under a standard permanent contract (CDI).
• Outside France: You will work under a full‑time freelance service contract. You must have independent contractor status in your country and be able to issue invoices.
