What We’re Looking For:
• A customer-first support mindset
• Enthusiasm for TV and film
• Technical support experience
• Familiarity with Zendesk
• Ability to work independently and seek clarification when needed
• Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple apps and platforms
• Professional-level English
• Availability for 8 hours on February 9
Workspace Requirements:
• A dedicated Windows 10 (or later) laptop or desktop
• A reliable headset
• Willingness to install MSQ security software and a 2FA application on your phone
