What We Are Looking For:
• A user-focused approach to support
• Passion for TV and movies
• Technical support experience
• Zendesk experience
• Ability to work independently and ask questions when necessary
• Strong app troubleshooting skills across multiple platforms
• Professional English proficiency
• Availability for 8 hours on February 9

Workspace Requirements:
• A dedicated laptop or desktop running Windows 10 or later
• A quality headset
• Willingness to install MSQ security software and a 2FA app on your phone
