Working Hours

Core hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM EST, to align with client schedules. Additional schedule options are available based on your time zone, with extra compensation provided for overlapping US hours.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an experienced digital project or web manager to join our Interactive team. The ideal candidate has agency experience and can act as the key link between clients and our design/development team to ensure on-time project delivery. Both mid-level and senior-level roles are available.

Key qualities and experience include:

– Project management experience with website redesigns
– WordPress experience (a plus)
– Excellent customer service and communication skills
– Strong eye for appealing website design
– Proven ability to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
– Ability to manage tasks independently and accept delegation
– Capacity to clearly communicate bandwidth and project updates
– Photoshop, HTML, CSS, or UX experience (a plus, not required)
– Ability to manage priorities and multiple simultaneous projects

What You’ll Do

– Oversee website and creative production (after training)
– Communicate with clients using standard tools and processes
– Lead multiple project teams to deliver exceptional websites
– Handle client communication and satisfaction
– Complete deliverables efficiently
– Prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines
– Test sites for quality prior to launch
– Develop website specifications using UX best practices
– Collaborate with design, development, strategy, and marketing departments
– Plan long-term web strategies for clients
– Recommend improvements based on website performance
– Manage both small and large web projects from start to finish
– Oversee daily maintenance requests
– Propose ideas to improve client results

Breakdown of responsibilities:

– 10% client interaction
– 30% developing project specs and managing internal schedules
– 10% UX/design specifications
– 10% testing CMS and e-commerce functionality
– 10% information architecture development
– 15% project and website quality assurance
– 5% conversion and UX testing

Job Submission Requirements

– At least three URLs for websites you helped design or launch
– Resume in English
– Portfolio or PDF with additional work

Compensation

– Based on experience
– Annual merit-based raises

Working Hours by Region

Asia (Philippines/Indonesia): 3:30 AM–12:00 PM EST
Africa/Europe: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM EST
North & South America: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST
(Excludes South Africa and Guatemala, which follow internal office schedules.)
