About the role
Lyra Health is looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our diverse team. The right candidate will be passionate about using technology to enhance mental health care and will have a strong background in managing and optimizing Salesforce. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our Salesforce systems run efficiently and support our teams in delivering outstanding care. You will work closely with users around the world, offering support and resolving technical issues.

This position can be based in our Johannesburg, South Africa office, in a hybrid arrangement, or fully remote. Remote applicants must be located within South Africa and ideally able to attend scheduled onsite meetings.

Responsibilities
• User Management: create, update, and deactivate user accounts; assign profiles, roles, and permissions; manage licenses and entitlements
• Data Management: import and export data; clean and standardize data; handle backups and data restoration
• Configuration: set up Salesforce objects, fields, and page layouts; build and customize reports and dashboards; establish workflows, approvals, and automation
• Support: provide user assistance; troubleshoot and resolve system issues; train users on Salesforce tools and best practices
• Updates and Upgrades: research and recommend new Salesforce features; assist with implementing updates
• Security: maintain security policies; monitor security logs and address concerns

Qualifications
• At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role
• Solid understanding of Salesforce core features and functionality
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with users from diverse cultural backgrounds
• Experience with data imports/exports, cleaning, and validation
• Familiarity with service desk tools such as Jira or similar for ticket management
