As a Talent Operations Associate on OneImaging’s Talent Team, you will have the opportunity to make an enormous impact at a fast-growing, mission-driven startup. • Own full cycle recruiting for OneImaging’s high volume care navigation and support functions
• Influence and deliver quality assessment and high touch candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel
• Partner with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs, conduct intake meetings, and determine target profiles to set and drive sourcing strategies
• Schedule calls, video interviews, and interview debriefs across time zones in a fast-paced environment
