Spanish-Speaking Customer Experience Officers

The Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and self-driven individuals to join our Customer Experience team.

Key responsibilities include:
• Respond to client inquiries through live chat, email, and phone
• Conduct personal client analysis and take necessary actions
• Address client requests effectively while delivering top-quality service
• Inform clients about available products and services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
• Collaborate efficiently with other departments as needed
• Help the team reach its goals

Main requirements:
• Degree in a business-related discipline
• Experience dealing with clients in the financial services industry is an advantage
• Native-level Spanish and excellent spoken and written English
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of computer proficiency
• Valid work permit required
