What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customers receive exceptional assistance. Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining accurate and thorough records of customer interactions.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking motivated, customer‑focused individuals who can work independently. The ideal candidate has:

• Strong English skills, both written and spoken (required). Additional languages such as Spanish or Ukrainian are a plus.
• Previous customer support experience in phone, email, chat, or similar roles (required).
• Preferred experience in eCommerce, SaaS, fintech, healthcare, travel and hospitality, or startups.
• A reliable internet connection and dependable computer setup (required).
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• A positive, professional attitude and a genuine interest in helping others.
• The ability to work independently from a quiet, distraction‑free home environment.
