About the Position
Ongoing learning:

Who We’re Looking For:
– 2+ years of experience as a Sourcing Specialist.
– Experience recruiting Developers/Engineers.
– Strong written English communication skills; your resume must be in English.
– Fast typing skills and comfort with keyboard shortcuts.
– A results‑driven mindset.
– Reliable communication regarding project updates.
– Excellent attention to detail.
Experience with the following:
– Job Boards: Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Google.
– Meeting Platforms: Skype, Google Meet, Zoom.
– Google Drive: Drive, Docs, Sheets.
– Applicant Tracking Systems: Lever or similar.
– Recruiting Tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut.
– Search Techniques: Boolean operators; PPC experience is a plus.
What You’ll Do:
– Manage every stage of the recruitment cycle.
– Create and maintain consistent communication with candidates.
– Collaborate on effective recruiting strategies.
– Develop an unbiased and streamlined interview process.
– Work with stakeholders to identify hiring needs.
– Write job descriptions for internal and external use.
– Help manage the employee referral program.
– Use data insights to improve the hiring funnel.
– Provide hiring progress reports to management.
– Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
– Assist in implementing and improving the ATS.
– Support onboarding for new hires.
Compensation:
– Negotiable and based on experience.
– Annual merit-based increases.
Working Hours:
Asia (Philippines / Indonesia): 3:30 AM–12:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday.
Africa / Europe (Ghana, UK, Ireland, Kenya, etc.): 6:00 AM–2:30 PM EST, Monday–Friday.
Excludes South Africa (different schedule).
North & South America: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST, Monday–Friday.
Excludes Guatemala (different schedule).
