About the Role
The Intake Clinician is responsible for providing professional, high‑quality, solution‑focused counseling and information services to employees of client organizations via phone in Malaysia. This is a permanent, full‑time, work‑from‑home position.

This role requires working night shifts from 19:00 (7 p.m.) to 07:00 (7 a.m.) in 12‑hour rotations, with rotating days off to cover weekend shifts. The position follows call‑center structures and expectations. The job description may evolve over time. Several pre‑employment checks are required for external candidates, including criminal, reference, employment history, ID, qualification, residency, and credit checks.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the EAP field.

Responsibilities
• Serve as the first point of contact for employees using the Lyra EAP service via phone counseling or live chat
• Deliver all eligible services in a professional, respectful manner, meeting standards set by the Clinical Manager
• Accurately record all relevant information in the database to support clinical case management
• Follow all clinical protocols and procedures established by Clinical Management

Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Psychology or Counseling
• Registration with MAHPC (Clinical Psychologist) or Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia
• Bilingual candidates required: Mandarin or Tagalog
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Ability to provide short‑term counseling
• Strong computer skills and fast typing ability
