Insomnia Cookies is one of the nation’s fastest-growing late‑night sweet treat brands, and we’re currently interviewing candidates for **Cookie Crew** positions at our brand‑new Raleigh, NC store! This location will be opening soon at 10750 Wakefield Commons Dr, Suite 105, Raleigh, NC 27614. As part of the Cookie Crew, you’re the heart of the Insomnia experience. You’ll be the friendly face greeting customers at the front of the store, and you’ll also bake our amazing warm, delicious cookies.

What you’ll do as a Cookie Crew member:
• Greet guests quickly and take orders following company procedures
• Help customers with menu questions and repeat orders for accuracy
• Provide warm, friendly service in person and over the phone
• Bake cookies to perfection and serve ice cream
• Package and send out fast, accurate delivery orders
• Handle payments correctly without shortages or overages
• Keep the bakery clean, sanitized, and well‑maintained

Desired skills and experience:
• Preferably at least six months in a customer service role
• Friendly, genuine, and outgoing personality
• Strong customer service mindset with a desire to exceed expectations
• Good communication, organization, and basic math skills
• Ability to lift boxes up to 40 pounds
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
