Bloom is a consulting firm specializing in workplace design, and it is supporting one of its partner companies in hiring a Customer Service Representative. As HR consultants, we act as the link between you and Bloom’s partner throughout the hiring process. About the role
We are looking for a second Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for Bobbie & Peonies customers, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable. You will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support across all communication channels, including email and live chat. This position is key to maintaining our high standards of customer service.

The opportunity
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers while maintaining professionalism and care in every interaction.
• Respond to inquiries via live chat (Tidio), email, and other platforms.
• Provide accurate information about products, policies, and services.
• Address concerns, resolve problems, and ensure customers feel valued.
• Track and resolve order issues using Shopify, Click Ship, and Loop.
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure consistency and support escalated cases or special requests.
• Share insights and feedback to help improve customer service.

What you bring
• Experience in customer service or any customer‑facing role within an e‑commerce environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to resolve or de‑escalate challenging situations.
• Familiarity with live‑chat tools and customer service platforms, including Tidio.
• Experience with e‑commerce tools such as Shopify, Click Ship, and Loop.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to participate in team brainstorming.
• Flexibility and adaptability as priorities shift.
• Patience, positivity, and professionalism in every customer interaction.

Location and schedule
We’re looking for someone based in the Eastern Time Zone to join our remote team, working Wednesday through Sunday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM ET.

Compensation and benefits
• Annual salary between CAD 50,000 and 60,000
• Three weeks of paid vacation
• Annual health spending account of CAD 1,500
• Annual CAD 250 allowance for menstrual‑care products
• Annual CAD 1,000 credit for Bobbie & Peonies products
• One‑time CAD 400 home office setup allowance
