Over the past 4 years Gerry Hawkes has been developing, patenting, testing, and pilot marketing Wheeled Hand Tool Systems (WHaTS) through the web site https://www.WheeledHandToolSystems.com. Excellent customer feedback has been received for several of the WHaTS applications. Manufacturers have been selected and used for an initial production run equivalent to 20 units, warehousing and shipping have been set up, and 50 new units from a second production run are now in inventory. Now is the perfect time to bring in a talented, energetic CEO who can direct all aspects of marketing and company growth with guidance, as needed, from a Board of Advisors and Gerry. While a list of CEO duties could be included here, it is sufficient to say that initially a CEO will run all aspects of the company, bringing in additional talent as needed and as the company grows. Part of the CEO selection process will be to have the candidates outline their marketing and management talents and experience, as well as describe how they would manage various aspects of the company. Candidates should analyse what they see as the market potential for WHaTS and how they could achieve that potential as they grow a company that stays innovative and lean while maintaining high quality and treating all employees, suppliers and customers well. In addition to providing resumes, references, and career/life goals, candidates should provide sales/company growth benchmarks they envision for Wheeled Hand Tool Systems and what equity rewards they feel they should receive as those benchmarks are achieved. If a candidate cannot afford to work solely for equity, they should describe how they would bring in the cash investment to pay a salary.
