Tasks include –

Review existing business processes and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency wherever needed Analyse and define business processes Design change management Collate information from all the departments and understand processes Design job functions and demonstrate the same through presentations and other documents Provide data integration strategies and solutions

Desired qualities Exposure to as many processes including Sales, Finance, SCM, Customer Service Good knowledge to ERP packages like salesforce Well versed with programming languages such as. NET, C++ and java Document management applications such as Sharepoint, Documentum Server-side technologies – IIS, SQL Server Business Intelligence tools – MS Dynamics, Siebel
