Our tech stack is built around React, React Native, Nodejs, and TypeScript. We are focusing mostly on manual testing with the priority set on API, acceptance and end-to-end testing.
We are working with well-established companies and sometimes startups in their early stages (MVPs), which makes the job full of diversity and exciting challenges while crafting cutting-edge solutions. Our clients and referrals are from the high-end American IT market.
You must be quality-oriented and willing to act! At this point, you don’t have to be the absolute best, but gathering knowledge should be your day-to-day focus 😉
Salary: PLN 6.000 – 8.000 + VAT (B2B);

Your future tasks and duties:
- Participating in the design and implementation of modern business applications for external clients
- Manual testing, building test scenarios, test cases, user scenarios, and bug reporting
- Working closely with Developers, Scrum Master, Proxy Product Owner, and Product Designers to assure high quality
- Focusing on quality-oriented rather than defect-oriented testing
- Executing test cases with high precision and detail, diligently checking each step and documenting differences
About you – Tech skills & Experience:
- 3-9 months of experience as QA working with teams that develop software in an agile environment
- Experience in exploratory tests
- SQL basics, familiarity with relational databases
- Know the basics of Jira or other agile project management tools
- Basic knowledge about API
- Basic knowledge about dev-tools in browsers
- Curiosity about AI and interest in AI-driven solutions that enhance work efficiency.
- Practical knowledge of using AI in projects
About you – Soft Skills:
- Good command of English (min. B2), excellent command of Polish (min. C1) is required
- Knowledge hungry – with eagerness to learn and taking on challenges
- Detail-oriented and quality-centered approach to software development
- Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies
- Problem-solving way of thinking
- Solid communication skills and not being afraid to challenge the status quo
- Open-minded to new ideas and perspectives
- Being aware of your strengths and areas for improvements
- Actively seeking solutions and trying to figure things out on your own, but not being afraid to ask for help when needed
Nice to have:
- ISEB/ISTQB certificate
- Ability to spot UI/UX imperfections or flaws
- Experience in cooperation with the client
6,000 zł – 8,000 zł a month
