The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting CXO-level executives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. This role requires excellent judgment, strong organizational skills, flexibility on work timings (adapting to USA and India cross-functional execution) and the ability to manage priorities, communications, and operations with accuracy and foresight.
What you’ll do

    • Manage the CXO’s inbox and communications, assessing business context to prioritize what requires immediate attention versus delegation.

    • Prepare high-quality documents, presentations, and reports for leadership meetings.
    • Act as a liaison between the CXO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring strong communication and alignment.
    • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and optimize leadership time.
Required qualifications

    • 9–13 years of experience supporting CXO/Board-level leaders as a Senior Executive Assistant.
    • Proven ability to manage complex calendars, inboxes, and high-volume scheduling with strong prioritization and judgment.
    • Strong business understanding to assess urgency and ensure timely follow-ups on key projects.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with executive presence.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
    • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
    • Experience coordinating executive offsites, leadership forums, and facilities/administrative operations.
    • Track record of streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and optimizing leadership time.
