Requirements: -We want somebody who has an education in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and has worked in companies’ HR departments or in some ‘people operations’ capacity for a couple of years. -You should also have great people skills and have some project management experience.
- You should be bold and creative in problem solving for companies, thorough in execution and fun to work with.
Job:
- Help us create a framework and database of engagement solutions and tips using research and case studies. These will feed into our automated engagement system.
- Account Management: Work with existing clients by listening to their company goals, analyzing their employee engagement data collected through our tool and providing them with simple and consistent actionable advice/recommendations.
Vision: Help be the architect of a first of its kind, automated employee engagement service that keeps an eye on a company’s employee morale and makes actionable recommendations to every company’s leaders.
