Overview

The team at Moltin is building a suite of tools to help developers create eCommerce websites and applications. At the heart of our effort is the API, which delivers the required data and processing to any device in over 130 countries. Your role will be to manage our global infrastructure, automate deployment processes, and managing databases to ensure every request is fulfilled. You will have an opportunity to contribute and drive innovation at a quickly moving startup that will benefit from your experience.

Requirements

As a full-time platform engineer at Moltin you are expected to do the following comfortably.

Pick-up and learn new concepts, in both engineering and product, and be able to apply that knowledge quickly. Expert knowledge in AWS, Linux/Unix command line. Experience managing Postgresql a big plus. You know your Docker from your Rocket. Working knowledge of Service Discovery including etcd, consul, etc. Experience managing and scaling fault tolerant infrastructure automatically. Knowledge of creating automated deployment and testing environments.

$60,000 — $110,000/year
