Mic chronicles our generation’s most compelling stories at the intersection of culture, impact, and identity. Our coverage aims to address the whole person and the entirety of young people’s myriad interests and concerns, from pop culture to politics and everything in between. Each of our verticals provides a critical lens through which we can better understand our world, our future, and ourselves.

We’re seeking an enthusiastic editorial intern to contribute to the site and embed with the Mic team. Day-to-day tasks vary, but applicants can expect to pitch and write articles, assist with research projects, transcribe interviews, and conduct phone interviews.

Candidates should be available to work 3 days per week remotely for the fall semester. This is a remote, paid, part-time position.
