We are seeking a Scrum Master to support development squads in our operation. Our main goal is to implement the SAFe framework of a sensor technology firm dedicated to optimizing retail and supply chain operations. This role is responsible for .

Responsibilities:

-Facilitate agile rites, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.

-Remove impediments faced by team members and assist in identifying and implementing solutions.

-Collaborate with the client’s Product Owners to ensure that the product backlog is well-defined and prioritized.

-Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

-Monitor the team’s progress and performance using agile metrics and reporting.

-Train and mentor teams in the adoption of agile practices and Scrum methodologies.

-Act as a liaison between the team and the client’s stakeholders.

-Contribute to the creation of a healthy and productive work environment.
