We are seeking a freelance business analyst for a short-term enterprise software project, interviewing stakeholders, understanding complex systems and synthesizing into a set of business requirements. Definite opportunity for growth. Pay based on experience.

Core Duties:

• Interview and gather requirements from a variety of stakeholders, including internal HR and fiscal services clients, technical teams and operations management
• Define requirements to determine implementation feasibility
• Evaluate requirements to identify gaps and to reconcile conflicts
• Lead prioritization efforts, separating must-have requirements from requests that are not critical for initial launch

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Two to five years hands-on experience as a BA
• Portfolio of work samples
• Strong analytical skills
• Clear command of the English language and rules of grammar
• Passion and pride in your work
