Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
The Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a key role in leading strategic hiring efforts across multiple business areas, drive best-in-class candidate experiences, and contribute to the evolution of our global talent strategy.
The main responsibilities of the position include:

    • Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for mid-to-senior level /complex roles across multiple departments and regions.
    • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
    • Utilise a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates — including job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and innovative digital platforms.
    • Proactively build and nurture pipelines of high-potential candidates.
    • Deliver results in line with pre-set KPIs while managing multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
    • Act as a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional candidate experience at every step of the hiring process.
    • Use market insights and recruitment data to guide decision-making and influence hiring outcomes.
    • Collaborate with the wider TA team to share best practices, support junior recruiters, and drive continuous improvement.
    • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and help position us as an employer of choice.
Main requirements:

    • University Degree in HR, Psychology, Business or a related field.
    • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced, international and tech-driven environment.
    • A proven ability to manage multiple roles while delivering high-quality results and a seamless candidate experience.
    • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
    • A data-driven mindset with experience setting and tracking team KPIs and performance metrics.
    • Proactive, solutions-oriented, with the confidence to advise and influence hiring managers.
    • Passion for people, talent, and driving positive change through hiring excellence.
    • Fluent in English.
