Our work blends clinical skill with logistical excellence, partnering with mobile physician services and B2B organizations to transform Canada’s mail‑order pharmacy space.

What You’ll Do
• Clinical Leadership: Provide high‑quality pharmaceutical care with a commitment to accuracy and patient safety in a high‑volume mail‑order environment.
• Tech Integration: Leverage our digital tools (Kroll Paperless, G‑Suite, Slack, our custom app, Shopify, UberDirect, PrescribeIT, and others) to keep orders moving smoothly.
• Workflow Optimization: Use PACMED strip packaging for compliance patients and coordinate autonomous workflows with mobile doctor partners.
• Special Projects: Contribute to B2B integrations and process improvement efforts that keep us ahead of industry standards.
• Communication Excellence: Engage with patients and partners with empathy and efficiency, setting a strong example for digital‑first care.

What You Bring
• Credentials: Licensed with the OCP or eligible for licensure, with good standing.
• Technical Skill: You don’t just use Kroll—you’re highly proficient. Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and Shopify is a strong asset.
• Tech Mindset: Platforms like GoToConnect and UberDirect feel intuitive to you.
• Speed: Comfortable working in high‑volume settings where efficiency is key.

$100,000–$120,000 per year
