Salary: Starting at $74,000–$100,000 annually, depending on experience.

This role oversees systems and outcomes related to:
– 340B program compliance, monthly reporting, and analytics for CAN and partner organizations
– Implementation of 340B program processes
– Supervision of the Lead Pharmacy Compliance Analyst

Essential Functions:
Ensure full compliance with CAN’s 340B Program through ongoing monitoring, enforcement of program requirements, and daily operational oversight.
Responsibilities include:
1. Partnering with the Lead Compliance Analyst to develop and update 340B training materials
2. Supporting the Director of 340B Compliance with updating policies and procedures
3. Assisting in training new Pharmacy Compliance Analysts
4. Maintaining accurate records of 340B-eligible providers, contract pharmacies, and related documentation
5. Collaborating with the Data team to create dashboards and visual analytics
6. Ensuring 340B databases meet requirements for Ryan White, STD, and CDC programs
7. Conducting audits, financial reviews, and compliance assessments across pharmacy operations
8. Preparing reports to ensure accuracy of 340B drug utilization and support strategic improvements
9. Working with the Director on new program initiatives and enhancements
10. Assisting with CAN Partner 340B operations and audit processes
11. Supporting Third Party Administrator workflows and issue resolution
12. Creating tools to identify compliance risks and maintain regulatory alignment
13. Monitoring policy updates and advising on operational adjustments
14. Coordinating with Finance and Accounting on billing accuracy
15. Developing cross-functional procedures to maintain consistent compliance
16. Supporting goal-setting, resource planning, and process improvements
17. Preparing documentation for audits and serving as a primary compliance resource
18. Building relationships with contract pharmacies, TPAs, and vendors
19. Assisting in vendor oversight
20. Traveling within the state and occasionally nationwide for program support
21. Maintaining HIPAA and privacy standards
22. Demonstrating the organization’s mission and values in daily work
23. Helping develop the HRSA audit plan, managing claim reviews, resolving compliance issues, and addressing clinical findings
Supervisory Responsibilities:
– Overseeing hiring, training, scheduling, and timekeeping
– Supporting staff development and encouraging professional growth
– Conducting 90-day and annual evaluations and issuing PIPs when needed
– Reporting disciplinary matters to HR in alignment with policy
Requirements:
Education/Professional:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or a related field, or equivalent healthcare experience with proven 340B expertise
2. 3–5 years of experience with the 340B Drug Pricing Program, preferably in grantee settings such as FQHCs or Ryan White programs
3. At least 2 years of staff management experience
4. ACE Advanced 340B Operations Certificate

Work Environment:
This hybrid role requires residence within 40 miles of the nearest CAN clinic, offering flexibility based on location.

– Ability to perform sedentary work, with occasional lifting up to 10 lbs and brief walking or standing
– Clear verbal communication and adequate visual and auditory abilities
Position Type/Expected Hours:
Work outside normal business hours may be required.
Travel:
Mostly during business hours, with occasional out-of-area and overnight travel. Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance.
Candidates must be able to pass a Level I background check; a Level II check may also be required.
