Compensation
• Base Salary: $1,040–$1,364 per month, depending on performance

What You’ll Be Doing
Your goal is to generate high‑quality leads for the acquisitions team. Your day begins at 8:20 AM EST with a short team meeting, followed by working mainly in Calltools to call and qualify prospects.
You’ll make a minimum of 262 calls per day, engage the people who pick up, and transfer qualified leads to the sales team in real time. You’ll also log every call accurately to keep records up to date.
On Mondays and Wednesdays, your day starts with team training—call strategy on Mondays and mindset development on Wednesdays. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:20 AM–5:20 PM EST, with two paid breaks and a one‑hour unpaid lunch.
