Join our team in a pivotal role that integrates business acumen with a focus on e-commerce solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will engage directly with clients and business partners, translating their needs into actionable insights while supporting projects across all business units. Your mission is to build strong business relationships and facilitate implementation efforts that enhance our digital commerce initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with business partners, many of whom may have limited technical knowledge, to identify and articulate their needs.

● Communicate effectively in business terms to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are aligned.

● Support the development and enhancement of digital commerce products and services.

● Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.

● Assist in coaching and mentoring team members on relevant solutions and support the overall project management process.

● Participate in meetings and workshops to gather business needs and translate them into actionable strategies.

● Document business processes, workflows, and operational manuals to ensure standardization and alignment with compliance, security, and performance standards.

Requirements for this Position:

• Fluent communication in English to engage both with clients and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of commerce platforms, with the ability to convey technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities effectively while engaging multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile practices.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• A consultative and proactive mindset, with the capability to lead discussions and influence decisions.
• Experience working in digital consulting environments is a plus.
• Comfort using or a willingness to learn tools that enhance productivity and collaboration across teams.
Stand-out Requirements:

• Experience with e-commerce platforms, including knowledge of their functionalities and integrations.
• Familiarity with web development practices that support commerce platforms.
• Experience working in environments with multiple teams or departments focused on e-commerce solutions.
• Experience with the SAP ERP and its integration with commerce platforms
