As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll shape the future of digital products, leading design from discovery to delivery. You’ll work alongside both local and near-shore project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to solve complex problems with elegant, scalable solutions that delight users and achieve business outcomes. The role is client facing with a hybrid approach, requiring you to work from our Brisbane office 2-3 days per week.

What You’ll be Doing:

• Lead end to end design across web and mobile experiences, from research to pixel-perfect UI;
• Bring ideas to life through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs;
• Ensure inclusivity and accessibility in every interaction;
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align business goals with user needs;
• Mentor and support junior designers, shaping a strong design culture;
• Evolve design systems to drive consistency and scalability.

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years’ experience in UX/UI or product design with a strong portfolio of digital work;
• Deep expertise in interaction, visual, and user experience design;
• Mastery of Figma (plus Adobe Creative Suite & prototyping tools);
• Proven ability to run research and usability testing to inform design decisions;
• Strong collaboration skills and understanding of front-end development principles;
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with prior consulting experience a must;
• A balance of creativity, critical thinking, and storytelling to champion user needs.
