At PINTU, we are building the #1 crypto investment platform focusing on new investors in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. We understand that 99% of new investors are underserved due to existing solutions catering to the 1% who are professionals and early adopters. Hence, we have developed an app to assist them in learning, investing, and selling cryptocurrencies with just one click. We seek a Trader Associate to join our OTC team and support day-to-day OTC activities. What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you will:

• Responsible for timely buying and selling in the OTC market. Review stock orders to ensure accuracy and proper record-keeping.

• Provide in-house quotes for Pintu’s customers and maintain accounts to ensure customers’s satisfaction.

• Responsible for onboarding prospective clients and partners, including working closely with the compliance team to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and compliance measures.

• Responsible for acquiring new clients and fostering professional-client relationships.

• Open, manage, and supervise the relationship with various digital asset exchanges, OTC dealers, liquidity providers, and market-makers, and monitor any potential counterparty risk.

• Prepare, update, and write periodical reports on OTC transactions and balances.

• Identify financial trading strategies and opportunities. Design and implement trading algorithms, analyzing market data and market structures and performing risk analysis.

• Work closely with the structuring team on the development process of any structured products and/or collective investment schemes.

• Manage and research yield strategies, including market-neutral trades.

• Conduct research on any potential new revenue streams (potentially working closely with the Corporate Strategy team).

• Calculate appropriate allocations, rebalancing and execute prop trades.

Who We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, computer science, data analysis, or related field preferred.

• Fluent in English

• Strong math, statistical, and quantitative skills.

• High accuracy in numerical data.

• Effective and good communication skills.

• High sense of ownership, strong motivation, high ethical standards, and ability to work extended hours comfortably.

• Can handle multiple, complex issues and prioritize in demanding situations.
