Role Overview:
As our Senior People Services Manager for EMEA you’ll be responsible for driving all operations related to people management for our UK and Portugal offices. You’ll make sure all people processes are executed effectively in line with internal guidelines and external regulations, and will promote an exceptional experience for CI&Ters at every stage of their journey within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
HR process management: Oversee and manage the full HR lifecycle processes, ensuring accurate documentation and management of our HCM platform.
Compensation and benefits: Analyse and evaluate our current benefits packages across the EMEA region, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring competitiveness in the market. Oversee payroll and compensation management, salary structures and benefit plans.
Subject Matter Expert (SME): Serve as the SME for regional HR best practices and employment laws, ensuring compliance and advising on potential impacts to the business. Provide recommendations for HR-related scenarios and challenges to the wider leadership team, ensuring alignment with best practices and organisational goals.
Employee relations: Handle issues such as conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures and grievance handling.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an HR management role, with a focus on employee lifecycle management.
Strong knowledge of EMEA HR best practices and employment laws, particularly in the UK and Portugal.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to suggest improvements in HR processes and benefits.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with leadership teams.
Relevant HR qualifications or certifications (CIPD or equivalent) are preferred.
