Xsolla is seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Web3 Partnerships to lead and expand our strategic initiatives in the rapidly evolving blockchain and Web3 ecosystem. In this high-impact role, you will drive the development of innovative partnerships with Web3 projects, platforms, and communities that align with Xsolla’s mission to empower game developers and publishers globally. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key players in the Web3 ecosystem, focusing on ZK projects.
- Conduct market research to identify potential growth opportunities and trends in the ZK projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business development strategies and initiatives.
- Cultivate relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
- Manage external communications to maintain a positive brand image and engage stakeholders.
- Collaborate with partners to strengthen relationships and support business objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field .
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management within the Web3 or blockchain industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment .
- Proficiency in English
