About the role

We are looking for a proactive, adaptable Content Marketing Manager to lead our content efforts in a fast-growing, remote-first company deeply rooted in the Ethereum and Web3 ecosystems. This role is well suited for someone who understands Web3 culture and can communicate confidently about more technical blockchain topics.

Our ideal candidate enjoys working in a globally distributed environment and is comfortable taking ownership of creating, curating, and managing content across multiple platforms and brands within the Nethermind ecosystem. This position also offers a path toward a more strategic role focused on broader content marketing initiatives.

A sharp eye for detail and a passion for storytelling are essential. The role blends creativity, project management, and analytical thinking to produce content that resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand values.

You will have the opportunity to join our marketing team at the forefront of technological innovation, creating content that helps drive the adoption of blockchain infrastructure and tools. Your contributions will play a key role in strengthening our reputation as leaders in the industry.

Key responsibilities

Content strategy and execution:
• Develop and implement targeted content strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to plan and launch campaigns that increase visibility and engagement.
• Lead the end-to-end creation of content across all communication channels, including technical blog posts, social updates, video scripts, B2B decks, design briefs, website updates, press releases, and event materials.
• Produce creative, on-brand posts for Twitter, LinkedIn, Farcaster, and other platforms.

Content management:
• Work across marketing, engineering, design, sales, and legal to ensure consistent, high-quality content.
• Maintain a content calendar to support regular publishing and engagement.

SEO and analytics:
• Apply SEO best practices to improve visibility and organic growth.
• Partner with the Marketing Data Analyst to review campaign performance and refine strategies.

Community engagement and market research:
• Stay active in the Ethereum and broader Web3 communities to track trends and emerging topics.
• Conduct market and competitor research to guide content decisions.
• Support and help guide junior marketing team members.

Must-haves
• 3–5+ years of content marketing experience, preferably in blockchain, with proven success in high-impact content strategies. Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Content Marketing Specialist position.
• Experience with B2B, B2D, and B2C blockchain marketing campaigns.
• Deep knowledge of Web3 and on-chain marketing.
• Strong understanding of Ethereum, Web3 culture, and blockchain principles.
• Excellent English writing and editing skills.
• Strong project management abilities and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Ability to brief designers and create engaging content formats.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Creative and strategic mindset with leadership capabilities.
• Motivation to learn complex technologies and work proactively.
• Basic SEO understanding and how it applies to social platforms.
• Good grasp of Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Farcaster, YouTube, and Instagram.
• Experience with CRM tools and social scheduling platforms.

Nice-to-haves
• Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Marketing, Communications, or related fields).
• Experience with advanced SEO strategies and tools.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like Webflow.
• Experience with tools such as Notion, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Apollo.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or similar fields.
