We believe relationships power great business. We’re looking for a VP of Demand Generation to help us reach a million more businesses. Our customers are small and medium businesses, sometimes as small as one seat. They all rely on relationships to grow their business, and our relationship marketing platform helps them turn relationships into revenue.
As our VP of Demand Generation, you would be responsible for developing and executing the strategy and team that, at the end of the day, drives interested businesses to our platform. Our market opportunity is vast, and part of your responsibility would be promoting the value of relationship marketing and establishing us as thought leaders in the industry. Our 50 employees and 6 dogs operate in a strongly mission driven, user focused culture (we live our values).
RESPONSIBILITIES Drive our short and long term demand generation strategy Set and execute on lead generation goals Lead and grow the marketing team (currently 5) Drive thought leadership and PR for the company and the market Be both hands-on in executing marketing tactics Manage any external vendors necessary Find the perfect GIF to post in our team chat room, every time Serve on the executive team and participate in the leadership and growth of the company and culture
REQUIREMENTS 7+ years of experience in online marketing, with a specific focus on demand generation for SaaS 1-2+ years in a leadership role, having management, planning, and hire/fire responsibilities Expert in great at organic growth (content, PR, though leadership) and paid channels (SEM, affiliates, etc.) Strong focus and understanding of marketing data topics Experience collaborating with sales teams Love dogs, especially cocker spaniels named Astro Strong working knowledge of marketing analytics, sales, analytics, and related tools.
