PromoExchange is looking for an outstanding Vice President to join our leadershipteam and lead all Sales aspects of their defined organization. This is a uniqueopportunity to provide critical strategic and day-to-day management support in thearea of sales. Incentive based compensation is uncapped. Your specific areas of responsibility will include:
-Create and direct company’s strategic growth plan -Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to increase top line revenue andexpand market share -Report directly to the EVP and serve as a key member of the senior managementteam -Establish contacts, build strong relationships and close deals -Provide effective, inspirational leadership to the company’s business developmentteams -Generate and execute aggressive plans -Critically evaluate the company’s existing sales strategies -Create a viable and dynamic sales competency model for the organization -Motivate, train and advise the Sales Management Team and organization towardsthe business plan, performance objectives, activity goals, market penetration, andsales growth -Establish contacts and build strong relationships with key decision makers withintargeted customer accounts -Recruit, select, hire, train, develop, and evaluate new and existing members of thesales organization -Develop and implement strategic growth plan for the company -Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and programs, both short andlong range, to support the organization’s sales and revenue objectives
Qualifications and Desired Skills:
-Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory -Recent experience in the promotional products industry is strongly preferred -Preference will be given to people having recent experience in sales
Salary and compensation
$50,000 — $130,000/year
