Uzbek and Russian Speaking – Community Executive
The Role:
We are seeking an energetic and driven Community Executive to join our expanding marketing team with a focus on the Uzbekistan market. In this role, you will act as the voice and connector of our platform, engaging actively with users, building strong relationships, and shaping as well as implementing regional community engagement strategies. Your contribution will be essential in cultivating a lively, loyal, and highly engaged community.
Main responsibilities include:
• Create and implement community engagement strategies for the Uzbekistan market to boost user involvement, strengthen brand loyalty, and support the growth of XM’s community.
• Track social media discussions and social listening channels to gather insights on XM’s community and provide feedback to improve products and services.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to plan and carry out community campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Prepare reports to evaluate community engagement and brand responsiveness, helping to measure the impact of XM’s community initiatives.
• Build, expand, and manage online communities by interacting with users across platforms relevant to XM’s brand.
• Address client inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Identify and collaborate with brand advocates to extend XM’s reach, promote its products and services, and enhance community engagement.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and new social media channels to strengthen community engagement strategies.
Main requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role; experience in online trading is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms.
• Experience with social listening tools such as Sprinklr or Brandwatch.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Creative mindset with enthusiasm for community building.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage priorities, and handle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Native Uzbek and Russian speaker with excellent English writing and speaking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
