About the Team
Outreach is the top Sales Engagement Platform, helping sales teams grow their pipeline and close more deals. We are dedicated to providing a secure, compliant, and trusted platform for our customers.

The Role
We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager for Trust & Safety with a strong emphasis on email deliverability and compliance. You will design, implement, and oversee our anti‑abuse program and overall email governance strategy. This role leads major cross‑functional initiatives across engineering, product, security, legal, and other teams. You will translate complex technical, regulatory, and abuse‑prevention requirements into structured programs, clear technical specifications, and measurable results.

Location
We are remote‑friendly but maintain an office‑centric culture. This hybrid role requires you to live within reasonable distance of our Prague office so you can collaborate with your team, attend in‑person meetings, and join company events.

This is a full‑time, permanent position and is not open to contractors or remote work from outside the country.

Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include
• Leading programs and projects that support Trust & Safety and Security initiatives, such as the Anti‑Abuse Program and DNS Management
• Applying your technical expertise to troubleshoot ESP sending platforms like SendGrid and co‑managing deliverability tools including Validity and Everest
• Driving the technical implementation and leadership of BIMI
• Creating, maintaining, and enforcing all aspects of Email Policy & Governance (application, customer, and corporate), including AUP strategy
• Proposing and designing tools and products that enable safe and compliant email monetization on the Outreach platform
• Creating training materials for Application Security, Email Deliverability, Anti‑Abuse, and DNS/DMARC/SPF for GTM, business partners, and support teams
• Collaborating with the Email Product Management team by providing direction, insights, and detailed requirements to enhance analytics, compliance, and data accuracy
• Demonstrating understanding of industry infrastructure such as spam traps, threat feeds, content filtering, and blocklists; familiarity with Spamhaus, Proofpoint, Mimecast, VirusTotal, and Talos
• Identifying business risks and recommending solutions as email sending best practices evolve in the sales industry
• Supporting operations and incident response through efficient handling of takedowns and abuse reports
• Setting up automation and alerts for domain blocklisting and reputation, including shared click‑tracking and sending domains
• Creating platform‑wide metrics for email performance and compliance, working with transactional emails and shared click‑tracking domains
• Redefining the Best Sending Practice strategy for customers and internal teams
• Maintaining and developing industry relationships, participating in groups like M3AAWG, APWG, and Email Geeks, and staying current on industry standards and best practices

Our Vision of You
• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager specializing in email deliverability or security within a fast‑paced SaaS company
• Ability to lead end‑to‑end Email Governance and Anti‑Abuse Programs, including roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics across cross‑functional teams
• Strong understanding of foundational email infrastructure such as DNS, domain governance, and security
• Proven success in optimizing and troubleshooting large‑scale email deliverability
• Ability to translate trust, safety, and compliance needs into detailed technical requirements and program plans, aligning with Product and Engineering through design reviews and delivery tracking
• Experience evaluating system‑level technical designs and writing PRDs (e.g., for a Deliverability Suite)
• Understanding of click‑tracking, open rates, and seed lists, and ability to discuss these topics with Engineering and customers
• Ability to explain scale, reliability, and abuse vectors in distributed systems
• Expert knowledge of global email compliance frameworks such as CAN‑SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, and CASL
• Experience developing strategies for digital brand protection
