We’re looking for an "A Level" Senior Content Manager and writer with 4+ years of experience to help create amazing content for our loyal fans.

What We’re All About: We’re a fast-growing "dating advice" startup. We offer thousands of men who feel "lost" in the dating world with the most amazing, life changing courses, articles and videos to get them on track. Now we’re looking to start a blog that will become a top destination for guys on the net, and that serves as an entry-point to go deeper into the paid courses we offer.

This blog will be targeted to our male audience and will include advice on dating, relationship and sex for all levels of experience from our nationally known experts. It will also contain lifestyle, travel and opinion pieces on men’s issues as well as any other topic that may guide our members on their journey of maximizing their potential as men.

NOTE: Blog may contain some edgier content about seduction, one-night stands, sex advice, and strong opinions etc. so you must be confident expressing these ideas openly (it’s fine if prefer to use a pen name).

About You: Above all, you write incredible content.

  • Your readers love the ideas, news and opinions you share and you can gain an intimate knowledge of your readerbase quickly.

  • You’re EXTREMELY clear about your success and you can talk confidently about the metrics that backup your success and provide examples of well received content you’ve written

  • You’re clear on the overall impact your success has had on the sites that you write for and you can explain how and why your articles benefit the site as a whole

  • You possess a strong knowledge of the emotional “hot buttons” that attract readers to your articles and get them emotionally invested to both comment, engage with and return back to the site again.

  • You understand the “ground rules” of what makes a successful, fun-to-read, extremely engaging post or full-length article.

  • You have experience hiring writers (freelance, guest-poster and fulltime) who can write successfully for the blog. You’re comfortable managing an editorial calendar and a team of writers to execute it.

  • You’re able to grow into a role (or already have experience) that encompasses not just great writing, but developing and managing the content and strategic direction of a high-traffic destination site.

  • Ability to generate comments and other engagement in response to an article, as well as growing those conversations and overseeing moderation.

Not Critical, But "Nice To Have":

  • Experience using Google Analytics to measure growth and effectiveness of content
  • Knowledge of direct response copywriting strategies
  • Knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO
  • Track record of improving organic search rankings
  • Track record of increasing customer leads and sales through content
  • Keyword research skills
