Talkiatry is hiring experienced licensed therapists—including social workers, counselors, and marriage and family therapists (LCSWs, LMFTs, LMHCs, LPCs, LCPCs, LPCCs)—to join our clinical team.

You will:
• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy and coordinated patient care.
• Work closely with psychiatrists and nurse practitioners to diagnose, manage, and treat patients using a wide range of therapeutic interventions.
• Practice independently while collaborating with a team of behavioral health professionals and support staff.
• Use our custom technology, including an integrated EMR, to communicate with patients, monitor progress, and gain insights into outcomes.

You have:
• Proven experience working with diverse patients seeking treatment for anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions.
• Strong clinical expertise along with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A patient-centered approach that includes listening carefully, communicating clearly, addressing concerns, coordinating care, and taking responsibility for outcomes.
• A commitment to continuous improvement through feedback, professional development, and evidence-based practices.
• The highest ethical standards in your field.
• A dedication to providing high-quality, accessible, and cost-effective care.

Your qualifications:
• Independent licensure in the state(s) where you plan to practice; we do not offer supervision toward independent licensure.
• Comfort with technology and the ability to learn new EMR tools.
• An active, unrestricted state license and the willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed, with costs covered by Talkiatry.
