Overview: Base salary plus commission with a realistic OTE of £38k in your first year. Commission is earned through a mixture of sales and behavioural targets.

Working arrangement: Hybrid working, with the Lincoln City Centre office 3 days per week and remote 2 days per week.

We are looking for junior telesales agents who want to kick start their career in sales. The role will be selling tenants insurance to tenants who have used our platform in volume, making it a strong entry point into a sales career.

You may not have sales experience, and that is not a problem. A dedicated learning and development team will teach sales, insurance, and Goodlord during onboarding.

Targets are not only based on sales, but also on activity and behaviours, such as meeting and ideally exceeding QA pass rates. Commission is based on these combined targets.

Goodlord was created to make renting simple and transparent for agents, landlords, and tenants. The company states it supports around 3,000 letting agents and has 350+ employees across the group.

What we need from you:

• You want a career in sales.
• You have transferable skills from roles such as bar work, hotel work, restaurant work, or other life experience.
• You have strong organisational skills and time management, and can switch between multiple IT systems.
• You have a positive and resilient attitude throughout the day.
