Role Overview

We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Nurse who believes in reproductive justice, practices trauma‑informed care, and is motivated by the chance to expand access to safe, patient-centered abortion care via telemedicine.

In this position, you will provide direct clinical support to patients using medication abortion. Working remotely, you’ll answer patients’ medical questions, offer timely triage and clinical assessment, and deliver personalized nursing guidance. You will ensure every patient feels listened to, supported, and cared for—offering culturally responsive, evidence‑based care during critical moments.

We are currently hiring a full‑time RN.

• Schedule: 10‑hour shifts, 12pm–10pm ET / 9am–7pm PT
• Workdays: Wednesday through Saturday
• Compensation: $90,000–$93,000
• Expected start date: August 2026

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of RN clinical experience (BSN required), ideally including telehealth
• At least 1 year of experience in abortion and reproductive healthcare
• Active RN license, including California plus at least one of the following: CO, IL, MI, NJ, NV, NY, OH, VA, or a compact license plus CA
• Strong clinical assessment and triage abilities, with confident real‑time decision‑making
• Excellent communication skills, able to provide clear and empathetic support via chat and virtual visits during stressful situations
• Ability to follow clinical protocols, regulatory standards, and organizational policies for patient care and documentation
• Proficiency with digital tools and technology for virtual care
• Experience delivering trauma‑informed, patient‑centered care
• Commitment to reproductive justice and expanding access to abortion care
• Comfort in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven startup setting
• Enthusiasm for ongoing process improvement
• Spanish bilingual skills preferred

Compensation: $90,000–$93,000 annually, plus equity
