About your team:
We’re looking for a tech-savvy content writer to join the Platform Growth team. The Text Platform’s goal is to make it easy for developers to work with Text APIs and equip them with the tools they need to build strong applications for the Text Marketplace and beyond. We also create no‑code solutions for less technical users, such as Workflows.

As the Platform Growth team, we focus on attracting developers to the Text Platform. One of our key approaches is producing content that educates, guides, and inspires them. We enjoy turning complex technical topics into accessible, meaningful content in many formats.

Our team operates independently and is driven by clear goals. We take full responsibility for our work and continually look for new ways to reach different developer communities. Developer-focused marketing has its own unique challenges, so we frequently brainstorm new ideas and experiment with fresh approaches.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our content writer and collaborate with developers and other team members to ensure every resource we publish meets the highest quality standards.

You will be responsible for:
• Producing diverse content by writing clear, engaging technical documentation, technical articles, resources, and social media posts to help developers understand and use our platform effectively.
• Keeping our documentation current by revising existing materials, improving visuals, and creating new resources to ensure clarity and usefulness.
• Applying and supporting SEO best practices across different content types.
• Executing and helping refine our content strategy to expand our reach and traffic.
• Creating content for external tech blogs to engage a broader developer audience.
• Collaborating with other content writers and ensuring all materials follow our quality and style guidelines.
• Using AI tools to streamline content creation while ensuring all output is accurate, high‑quality, and appropriate for technical readers.

You may be a good fit for this role if you:
• Have strong experience in producing technical content and can explain complex topics in a clear, compelling way.
• Write with clarity and style — your work is polished, informative, and easy to read, blending creativity with technical accuracy.
• Understand basic programming concepts or are motivated to learn enough to translate them into accessible language; knowing some coding basics is a bonus.
• Know the fundamentals of SEO and can create and optimize content to reach the right audience.
• Feel confident using technical tools like GitHub repositories.
• Have excellent English skills — your writing is professional, friendly, and natural.
• Are organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects without losing focus.
