Your responsibilities
• Clinical leadership: Deliver high‑quality pharmaceutical care with exceptional accuracy and a strong focus on patient safety in a high‑volume mail‑order setting.
• Technical integration: Use our digital tools (Kroll Paperless, G Suite, Slack, our internal app, Shopify, UberDirect, PrescribeIT, and more) to ensure a smooth ordering process.
• Workflow optimization: Work with PACMED blister‑pack machines for adherence patients and coordinate streamlined processes with mobile medical services.
• Special projects: Contribute to B2B integrations and improvement initiatives that keep us at the forefront of the industry.
• Outstanding communication: Provide compassionate and efficient support to patients and partners, setting new standards for digital care.

What you bring
• Qualifications: OCP license or eligibility to obtain one in good standing.
• Technical skill: You don’t just use Kroll — you excel at it. Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and Shopify is an asset.
• Tech curiosity: You’re comfortable navigating digital platforms like GoToConnect and UberDirect.
• Speed: You perform well in high‑volume environments where efficiency is key.
• Adaptability: You embrace change and are motivated by project‑based work and B2B collaboration.
