We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager, National Sales to lead our SMB sales operations in Switzerland. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, reducing churn, and optimizing sales processes across a diverse portfolio of small and medium-sized business clients. You will lead a team of approximately 7 sales professionals, manage external call center operations, and build strong relationships with mid-market clients. Success in this role requires a data-driven mindset, deep expertise in account planning, and a passion for leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Essential Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a Go-To-Market strategy tailored to the Swiss SMB segment to drive growth and retention.
    • Lead, coach, and develop a national sales team, fostering a high-performance and compliance-driven culture.
    • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with national clients to support upsell, cross-sell, and new business.
    • Use data insights to identify at-risk customers and implement targeted retention and win-back strategies.
    • Own and drive mid-market account planning, ensuring clear growth objectives and client satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to align campaigns and streamline sales processes.
    • Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting in close partnership with Finance.
    • Advocate for a seamless customer experience, acting as the “Voice of the Client” and improving the sales journey.
Essential Skills

    • 5+ years in a sales leadership role, and 8+ years in senior sales or enterprise consulting.
    • Proven success in strategic planning, client acquisition, and exceeding annual quotas.
    • Experience in data or SaaS industries is a strong advantage.
    • Skilled in MEDDICC methodology, forecasting, and financial modelling.
    • Strong proficiency in CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and analytics tools.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English (French is a plus).
    • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and manage national accounts.
    • Growth mindset with a proactive, ownership-driven approach to problem-solving and collaboration.
