About the Role
Reporting to the CRO, the SVP of Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth across the company and leading a multi-layered sales organization. This role manages a group of Vice Presidents of Sales, each overseeing teams of 6–7 sellers. The SVP will set overall sales strategy, maintain consistent execution across regions, and scale a high-performing team. This leader will also be heavily involved in executive-level client relationships, cross-functional collaboration, and long-term growth planning.

Your daily impact as SVP, Sales
• Lead and develop VP-level sales leaders, growing a high-performing, multi-tiered organization
• Own company-wide revenue goals, including strategy, pipeline strength, and forecast accuracy
• Create and execute national and regional sales strategies to drive growth, expand market presence, and unlock new revenue
• Set clear KPIs, performance standards, and accountability across all levels of the sales team
• Ensure operational excellence in forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and sales processes
• Build and sustain relationships with executive-level clients
