The dynamic eTraining Strategist will have a sound background in sales and business development. This candidate will work closely with accounts such as education institutions, companies in the AEC industry (architecture, engineering, construction), government orgainzations, software vendors and reseller partners This role is diverse as the candidate will be involved in all areas of the business cycle including lead generation via events, online research and marketing; setting meetings, delivering online sales demonstrations, performing extensive needs assessments and providing recommendations to customers, closing sales, strategic eTraining implementation and sales renewals and upsales.
Experience in the education and/or the AEC industry, as well as a relevant business degree and B2B technology and SaaS (Software as a Service) sales experience are assets.
The compensation structure is base + commision, with set monthly sales targets including new business and recurring revenue. Compensation includes benefits, RRSP matching program and home office allowance. This platform limits the upper bound of this position to $80k, this position does not have a cap and it is quite possible to make well over $100k
