We are seeking a Strategic Alliances & Growth Executive with a hunter mindset and a strategic vision to help us scale in North America. This hybrid role blends business development with ownership over key technology partnerships (e.g., Atlassian, AWS, GCP, Postman) and evaluates new alliances (e.g., GitHub/Microsoft) that can accelerate our growth.
This is a unique opportunity for a self-starter with strong experience in GTM execution, partnership management, and complex solution selling to build a new book of business from the ground up while shaping e-Core’s go-to-market ecosystem.
What You Will Do

    • Serve as a hunter and strategic account executive, developing a self-generated pipeline and building your book of business.
    • Identify and close new business opportunities across enterprise accounts, targeting digital transformation, application modernization, service management, AI/ML/GenAI services, and cloud migrations.
    • Lead the strategy, governance, and performance of key strategic partnerships—Atlassian, AWS, GCP, Postman—and evaluate opportunities to expand or evolve the partner ecosystem by establishing new alliances (e.g., Microsoft/GitHub) or optimizing existing ones.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Solution Architecture, and Delivery to craft tailored value propositions for strategic opportunities.
    • Develop and maintain strong executive relationships with key partners and client stakeholders to maximize joint business outcomes.
    • Contribute to the definition of KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure traction, pipeline conversion, and partnership impact.
You’re a Great Fit If You Have

    • Proven track record in business development, growth, or strategic sales, particularly in a SaaS or IT consulting services environment.
    • Hands-on experience selling high-value, consultative solutions such as digital transformation, software development, cloud enablement, service management, AI/ML/GenAI, or integration services.
    • Experience in managing and growing strategic partnerships with major platforms and hyperscalers (Atlassian, AWS, GCP, etc.).
    • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
    • Fluency in English is required;
    • Strong executive presence, consultative sales approach, and ability to navigate complex enterprise buying cycles.
Bonus Points If You Have

    • Familiarity with partner programs (e.g., AWS Partner Network, Atlassian Solution Partner Program, Microsoft/GitHub Enterprise Ecosystem).
    • Background in strategic alliance development and indirect sales channels.
    • Experience working with LATAM-based clients or multicultural teams.
Where You’ll Be Based

    • Hybrid – Based in North America, preferably within U. S. Central or Eastern time zones to support client engagement and cross-functional collaboration. Flexibility for remote work is available, though regular travel may be required, especially for strategic meetings, partnership development, and business expansion efforts.
