Your Team & Role
The Strategic Account Manager will play a crucial role in driving the adoption and usage of Zadara’s solutions within key government and corporate accounts. This position involves developing deep relationships across various departments within these strategic accounts to design tailored solutions, train sales teams, and maximize account potential. Key accounts include government entities like MTI and Prodam, and corporate clients such as Embratel/Telmex, Claranet, and Americanet.
Your day to day

    • Drive the usage and adoption of our solutions within key strategic accounts in the government sector, including MTI and Prodam, and corporate sector accounts such as Embratel/Telmex, Claranet, and Americanet.
    • Develop relationship in several departments inside our current strategic accounts, such as technical, to help design solutions, in sales to train their teams, and in all structures to ensure usage and maximize the potential account,
    • Build together with partners New SKU’s and business models that fit the partner strategy and structure to increase Zadara usage.
    • Write commercial and technical documentation for the partner and its use cases.
    • Assist partners in internal proposals focused in the B2B solutions.

    • Extensive Experience: 10+ years of proven expertise in relevant fields.
    • Cloud Specialization: Demonstrated proficiency as a Cloud Specialist.
    • Multidisciplinary Team Management: Successful track record in managing diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
    • Leadership: Strong leadership abilities with a focus on motivating and guiding teams towards achieving goals.
    • Adaptability: Highly flexible and capable of adapting to changing environments and requirements.
    • Project Management: Exceptional project management skills, including planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects.
    • Delivery Excellence: Proven ability to deliver high-quality results on time and within scope.
    • Advanced Communication: Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
    • RFPs and RFIs: Proficient in writing and completing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
    • Business Opportunity Management: Strong capability in identifying and managing business opportunities.
    • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Portuguese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
    • Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external organizations, including virtual teams.
Your education

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field experience.
