As the exclusive Spotify representative in Indonesia, Aleph is building a high-performing team of media professionals. We are looking for an experienced Client Solutions Manager to grow and manage relationships with mid-to-large advertisers and agencies in the Indonesian market.

This role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships between Spotify and local/global advertisers and agencies in Indonesia.
- Develop consultative sales presentations, showcasing how Spotify’s advertising solutions can effectively connect brands with their target audiences.
- Partner with clients to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns, including performance analysis, reporting, and identifying opportunities for renewal and upselling.
- Stay up to date with digital, social, and audio media trends, applying insights to enhance client strategies and campaign performance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and internal teams to deliver seamless campaign execution and strong client outcomes.
- Support business reviews, including performance tracking, competitive analysis, and strategic planning.
- Contribute to team growth by sharing best practices and mentoring junior team members where needed.
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience in digital media, client solutions, or advertising sales, working with advertisers and agencies.
- Strong network and established relationships with key marketing decision-makers in Indonesia.
- Proven track record of growing client accounts and driving revenue performance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of the digital media landscape, including social and audio platforms.
- Familiarity with Spotify’s advertising solutions is a strong advantage.
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong understanding of the competitive digital marketplace in Indonesia.
- Focus on managing and growing advertiser and agency relationships within the Indonesian market.
- Play a key role in strengthening Spotify’s commercial presence and driving revenue growth in the region.
