Who you are
We are seeking a Software Technician to be responsible for managing industrial vendor software installations, addons, licenses, and virtual machines (VMs). This centralization ensures that our development teams can focus on integration and coding rather than spending time on repetitive software setup tasks. The Technician will maintain a standard solution for VM creation and handle the installation of GSD files and add-ons within a 2-business-day turnaround for customers.
You have a basic understanding of installing and managing software on Windows machines, and interest in or exposure to IT support.
You’re looking for a flexible, remote work schedule, and able to attend at least one daily meeting during regular business hours.
This position is contract-to-hire.
