Responsibilities
- Manage and build a content calendar that aligns with our brand goals.
- Develop creative graphics and content for platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
- Post content three times a week on Instagram and Facebook.
- Curate user-generated content (UGC) and engage with our community.
- Write compelling captions and post text that resonates with our audience.
- Schedule and optimize posts using relevant tools for each platform.
- Analyze content performance and provide monthly insights and adjustments.
- Hold bi-monthly strategy meetings to align on goals and outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media strategy and community engagement.
- Skilled with design tools and social media management platforms.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate on brand strategy.
- Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and current social media trends.
$120,000 — $150,000/year
